Every Free and Starter user receives 100 credits per month for free. Unused credits expire at the end of each month. Free accounts provide access to basic protocols and services for search and exploration.”
 

I’ve never received any credits, and have thusly been unable to evaluate the service, is there something wrong with my account or is the documentation incorrect?

Hi MattK_Censys, yes that's correct I can't perform any actions whatsoever. 

 

I see "You have run out of credits.

Buy credits now!"

 

No usage is shown and all metrics say "No data available.

Please try again later"

 


Thanks for the info. I checked with the team and your account was never provisioned credits on the backend for some reason - it’s been resolved now and you should be good to go. Let me know if you run into any other issues.

I also didn’t get provisioned any credits for the free tier.


Hi, I also have 0/0 credits. On credits usage page shows that I wasn’t using the service in 2 months.

I also have the same issue, my monthly credits haven’t reset but I haven’t be active for at least a couple on months. Could you please take a look?
