“Every Free and Starter user receives 100 credits per month for free. Unused credits expire at the end of each month. Free accounts provide access to basic protocols and services for search and exploration.”
I’ve never received any credits, and have thusly been unable to evaluate the service, is there something wrong with my account or is the documentation incorrect?

I see "You have run out of credits.
Buy credits now!"
No usage is shown and all metrics say "No data available.
