Hi everyone,I previously purchased Censys Credits successfully using a Visa card. However, due to the available credit limit on that Visa card, I later switched to a Mastercard to place another order. The Mastercard has sufficient available credit and can be used for other online purchases, but every time I try to place the Censys order, the payment fails.Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Mastercard on Censys?I would especially like to know:Does Censys support Mastercard for Credit purchases? Could the previous Visa payment or account billing history affect the new Mastercard payment? Is there any additional verification or billing-address requirement for larger orders? Could a failed payment attempt create a pending order that might be charged later?Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I recently tried to upgrade my account to the paid tier package ($100). The transaction successfully went through on my credit card, but the checkout web page glitched and went entirely blank. My account status is still showing as free and the credits have not arrived. I tried emailing support but received an automated rejection because my account is currently flagged as free.Could a Community Manager please reach out to me privately so I can provide my transaction details and account email to get this resolved? Thank you!

Hi everyone,I’m excited to join the Censys Community. I’m interested in cybersecurity, internet-wide scanning, threat intelligence, and learning how exposed assets can be discovered and protected.I’m looking forward to learning from the community, sharing ideas, and improving my skills through discussions and practical examples. I’m especially interested in understanding how Censys can be used for research, asset discovery, and security monitoring.Thank you for welcoming me. I’m happy to be here!

Hi Folks 👋 Drew here. I work on the blue side of things doing threat hunting work at a Fortune 1000. Been in technology roles for 30 years since my first job working through college, then a long stint in federal government, and now commercial. Aside from work, you will usually find me watching sports, exploring Chicago neighborhoods, reading, or indulging in one of my hobbies (my wife accuses me of having way too many 😂). I follow all the major Chicago teams: Cubs (definitely not the White Sox, but I’m not fanatical about it), BlackHawks, Bears, and Bulls. Hoping to hear and share some ideas from this community on how to suss out threat actor infrastructure, scope out novel attack surface, and smartly use my very limited amount of Censys credits wisely.

Hello ,guys im  looking for good community  to threat intel & hunting , i hope this fotum will help me ,thank you guys !

Hey there! My name is Stephanie Gruss and I am a Senior IT Systems Analyst at Censys. I’ve worked in the security world for about 5 years and in internal IT support for 15 years. I’m deeply invested in the success of others, because when I fix your problem, we all win! This also translates into being curious about many aspects of cybersecurity and gaining a deeper understanding of how both my colleagues and our customers use our tools and other technologies. Outside of work, and also sometimes during meetings, I spend a lot of time doing random crafts. In the past year I have picked up stained glass and sublimation. Crochet, knitting, and spinning yarn will always be my mainstay crafts though. If you have a crafty question, feel free to ask! And, if you have a tech issue - turn it off and then on again.

My name is John Lukach, and I am an individual security researcher interested in monitoring the Threat Surface for the state of North Dakota so that anyone can verify Internet reputation. Open Source Threat Intelligence (OSINT) is essential; however, research access to Censys Search has been a game changer for Project Caretaker's ability to help people evaluate connectivity health with just a website visit.

Hi Everyone!Welcome to the Censys Community! I’m one of Censys’ founders and lead our technical strategy. I am a researcher at heart, who became obsessed with how we could improve security through better data and visibility. I was part of the team that created ZMap and Censys at the University of Michigan and since then have been interested in figuring out how to best find, contextualize, and understand the relationships between all of the pieces of infrastructure that makes up the Internet. Outside of work, I avoid technology at all costs, attempt to take full advantage of living in California, and optimize for finding strange new vegetables, strip mall dives with upsettingly spicy food, and the largest dogs. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any ideas, feedback, questions about our data or plans as a company, or simply strange things you’ve found on the Internet that would make me smile (or grimace?)! I’m also available over email at zakir@censys.com. Zakir
