Hi everyone,I previously purchased Censys Credits successfully using a Visa card. However, due to the available credit limit on that Visa card, I later switched to a Mastercard to place another order.The Mastercard has sufficient available credit and can be used for other online purchases, but every time I try to place the Censys order, the payment fails.Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Mastercard on Censys?I would especially like to know:Does Censys support Mastercard for Credit purchases? Could the previous Visa payment or account billing history affect the new Mastercard payment? Is there any additional verification or billing-address requirement for larger orders? Could a failed payment attempt create a pending order that might be charged later?Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I recently tried to upgrade my account to the paid tier package ($100). The transaction successfully went through on my credit card, but the checkout web page glitched and went entirely blank.My account status is still showing as free and the credits have not arrived. I tried emailing support but received an automated rejection because my account is currently flagged as free.Could a Community Manager please reach out to me privately so I can provide my transaction details and account email to get this resolved? Thank you!

i was trying to buy 10,000 credit from 5 days im paying using my debit card which is working normally after i eneter card details and submit it it get detcuted from my card then it get reversed in while to my card , i tried to contact my card issuer and they said they have nothing to do with it down below is what they answered me : "We’ve received an update from our investigating team and can confirm that the transactions were successfully authorized on our end.We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but it appears that any remaining issues may be originating from the merchant’s side. We recommend reaching out again to the merchant directly to resolve the matter."But the wired thing that my account is able to create support tickets and i.already have 2 open tickets with not answer from support So they said its by your side , im stuck now for 5 days which is quiet long and made me upset and even i tried to contact support i still did not get any responseKindly help me even by creating a cust

Hi Folks 👋 Drew here. I work on the blue side of things doing threat hunting work at a Fortune 1000. Been in technology roles for 30 years since my first job working through college, then a long stint in federal government, and now commercial. Aside from work, you will usually find me watching sports, exploring Chicago neighborhoods, reading, or indulging in one of my hobbies (my wife accuses me of having way too many 😂).
