Hi everyone,
I previously purchased Censys Credits successfully using a Visa card. However, due to the available credit limit on that Visa card, I later switched to a Mastercard to place another order.
The Mastercard has sufficient available credit and can be used for other online purchases, but every time I try to place the Censys order, the payment fails.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Mastercard on Censys?
I would especially like to know:
- Does Censys support Mastercard for Credit purchases?
- Could the previous Visa payment or account billing history affect the new Mastercard payment?
- Is there any additional verification or billing-address requirement for larger orders?
- Could a failed payment attempt create a pending order that might be charged later?
