Hello, I recently tried to upgrade my account to the paid tier package ($100). The transaction successfully went through on my credit card, but the checkout web page glitched and went entirely blank.
My account status is still showing as free and the credits have not arrived. I tried emailing support but received an automated rejection because my account is currently flagged as free.
Could a Community Manager please reach out to me privately so I can provide my transaction details and account email to get this resolved? Thank you!
