Urgent: Credit Topup Failed due to payment keep reversed

i was trying to buy 10,000 credit from 5 days im paying using my debit card which is working normally after i eneter card details and submit it it get detcuted from my card then it get reversed in while to my card , i tried to contact my card issuer and they said they have nothing to do with it down below is what they answered me : "We’ve received an update from our investigating team and can confirm that the transactions were successfully authorized on our end.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but it appears that any remaining issues may be originating from the merchant’s side. We recommend reaching out again to the merchant directly to resolve the matter."
But the wired thing that my account is able to create support tickets and i.already have 2 open tickets with not answer from support 

So they said its by your side , im stuck now for 5 days which is quiet long and made me upset and even i tried to contact support i still did not get any response

Kindly help me even by creating a custom payment link for me
