You have run out of credits.

Credit Management says that my credits have run out, but it says that I have only used 22 credits out of the 100 that are provided free of charge per month. It says 0/0 Available.

To follow up with everyone else here, all Free accounts should now have their credit balances restored. If you encounter issues with credit refills in the future, please let us know!

Hi, 

I have a similar issue, as I used 73 credits a few weeks ago (should have been back to 100 by now), but it currently shows a balance of 0/0 remaining.

Any ongoing investigation regarding this issue?

Same issue here, I only used 26 credits in the last 6 months only, and it says I have run out of credits. I hope this will get fixed soon.

Hi, same issue here, I’m not using any credit for the past 30 days, yet it still says my account is 0/0 credits available.

Same here. Credits last refreshed May 25, 2026, now 0/0. Same thing happened last year about this same time...

Our team is currently refilling accounts whose credits were not refilled. It may take some time for every account to be fixed.

I have the same problem. I was supposed to have 100 tokens again on July 3, but it's still 0/0.

Hey ​@Samplexxz I just checked in our backend and it looks like your credit balance is back to normal. Can you check again and let me know?

Not yet—as you can see in the image, it doesn't show that I have any tokens yet. The image shows the last time I used the tokens on Cencys, and as of that date, they haven't been credited yet.

Hey ​@Samplexxz , your screenshot shows that you have used 0% of your current balance and that you currently have 100 credits. This aligns with what I can see on my end.

The consumption bar will fill up as you use credits, as shown in my example account screenshot below.
