Credit Management says that my credits have run out, but it says that I have only used 22 credits out of the 100 that are provided free of charge per month. It says 0/0 Available.

Hi, 

I have a similar issue, as I used 73 credits a few weeks ago (should have been back to 100 by now), but it currently shows a balance of 0/0 remaining.

Any ongoing investigation regarding this issue?
