Good morning,

 

We have been seeing intermittent failures with the Censys Search API all weekend, with a further stream of 500 failures this morning. A number of searches via the GUI are also returning 0 results. 

 

We have checked the Censys status board, which does not suggest that there are availability issues with the API. Please can you investigate. 

Hi snkhan, sorry for the delay in replying. Search was having some issues yesterday but the team made some changes that should resolve them all - please let me know if you run into any more problems.


I am still seeing errors now -- combination of “The server is currently too busy to handle your request. Please try again later.” and “internal query returned a bad request error” errors.

 


Understood - sorry to hear you’re still running into issues. Our team is investigating the problem and has created a new issue on our Statuspage, which will update as soon as possible with additional updates.
